Postmodern Camaleonda seating element by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia created in the 1970s. This sofa has been reupholstered in yellow leather specially made for the former owner's project. Mario Bellini (born February 1, 1935, in Milan) is an Italian architect and designer. He graduated from the Milan Polytechnic Faculty of Architecture in 1959 and began working as an architect himself in the early 1960s. He started with architecture and urban planning, but soon added product and furniture design to his range. Bellini is one of the most influential and innovative contemporary architects. He won 8 Compasso d'Oro and multiple prestigious architecture awards, He reached its peak in 1987 with a personal retrospective exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art of New York where the timeless Camaleonda design was exhibited.
